If I remember correctly, I used 1 inch. It had to be snug enough to fit in the rocket launchers

I replied in an e-mail, I guess it didn`t go thru. Yes, I had issues with the anchor. No matter what I tried, I couldn`t get it to stay stuck in the sand. I reviewed the how to multiple times and still had no luck. You are more than welcome to have mine if you want it. I sold my boat so I have no need for it anymore.

Hey I have been considering one of Mr. Demeanor's shallow water anchors. After looking around I noticed you had issues using it at Crab Island. I am actually in PC and spend a lot of time at Shell Island. Since I would be using it in same type sand I am looking to see if you have any good feedback?
