Hello, from a recent post of yours I could see you are likely very familiar with the Pine Island, Bokeelia area, yes? I live in Indianapolis and I visited Coya Costa SP twice last year, my wife and I absolutely love it, and I've always been attracted to Pine Island, perhaps I will retire there one day, in the very distant future...
Anyhow, we are planning a 10 day visit to Bokeelia this October, where we hope to rent a boat and hang out at Coya Costa for several days. The boat we will rent will be a cheep-o, so I was wondering if you had a good handle on the travel time from Bokeelia to Coya Costa? Is it doable by pontoon? Just want to account for not only the time, but also the gas we will burn going back and forth, possibly for 10 days. Additionally, if you know of any private individuals that are willing to rent a small middle transom boat for 5-7 days that would also be helpful. Thank you, Thank you!
