Default Simrad Engine Guage Question

I have seen videos with a NSS Evo2 linked to an Evinrude E-Tec. Can I link one to a 2001 FICHT 225 and if so, what do I need in terms of sensors?

No, you cant.

Engine is far too early to have NMEA2000 output.

There have been a few threads on how to provision NMEA 2000 data from older equipment.

I am working on installing a Chetco G2 this winter.

Like anything with a boat - enough time and money and you can do ti.
Good luck!
