Default New Simrad Electronics Help

I have a 26 foot express pilothouse. Small tower on top. I have old 2009 Raymarine electronics, sonar can't find the bottom in 180 feet of water. So I am going all new. I would really appreciate it if you guys could give me your opinions on what I am thinking of installing in my boat. First of all I fish Southern California. Tuna offshore as well as inshore calico bass, white sea bass, yellows etc. we fish artificial reefs rocks and the kelp line from 20 feet to 300 feet.
I bought the boat in June. The sonar seemed to work in the shallows but. After I took possession and went fishing we couldn't mark a tuna or anything else inshore or offshore.
So we are going SIMRAD NSS evo3 12inch MFD in the pilothouse and NSS evo3 7inch on the tower. I am going to use the S5100 sonar module with the b275LH-W transducer. O yes 4G radar as well.
So with all that do you think that would cover inshore as well? Should I get the 3D structureScan module with the 3D stainless transducer?
Please give me your opinions as I am going to do this ASAP.
Thanks

Seems good, You would probably be fine with Evo2 and same some money (BOE has tons of remans and packages). I have talked to many reps and the only big change in the Evo3 is that you dont need the GoFree wifi module if you wanted it (There are some smaller things like brightness and speed but, Correct me if I am wrong). Also you wont need the 3D sonar unless you will do wreck fishing and want to see the bottom/wreck. Also never get a Stainless Steel thruhull in Saltwater. With the transducer you can save some money and use a B765LM(2000 feet) or a small round thruhull. The transducer you have now reads upto 4000 feet and is around 2.2k I believe, So you can easily get away with a smaller one maybe one that reads from 1000' to 2000', and will be fine. I also dont think you will need the S5100, but dont count me on that

A very big change...and improvement... the EVO 3 now has built in dual channel CHIRP capability ...vs built in single CHIRP channel for the EVO 2.

Dual band CHIRP, viewing angles, screen brightness are key upgrades and major reasons to stay with your initial thoughts of the Evo3 from Simrad
