Default High vs Low Chirp 200/50

Just upgraded to Garmin with a GSD 26 and Airmar B275 LHW Ducer. Wow, the difference is amazing compared to my old traditional sounder!
I've got High Chirp, low Chirp, 200 Hz, 50Hz options...
I'd like to hear anyone's experience/advice regarding preferred settings as it relates to depth and preferred settings.

Nothing? NADA? No stud horse bottom fisherman here with input on High Chirp, Low Chirp, 200 Hz, 50 Hz?

For bottom fishing that's not the transducer that I would have suggested. The cone angle of 25 degrees is too wide for any sort of bottom details. Now as far as a ducer for trolling and marking deep you are as good as can be had in the current 1KW Chirp options.

Use high CHIRP until the signal gets weak, then switch to low CHIRP. The cone angles are very similar.

I have a GSD 26 also though B175H and B175L transducers not the HW. As a general rule, I find that high CHIRP works well down to 400 feet or so while trolling. For bottom fishing in shallower waters (100 feet or less), I have experimented a lot and find that the highest fixed frequency (235Hz) is sometimes better at separating fish from the bottom.

Have to note that the CHIRP GSD-26 is not nearly as good as the conventional 50/200 Furuno DFF1-UHD sounder on my old boat...
