Default Simrad, Garmin, Simrad, Garmin.... ugh

I am finally in a position to where I can purchase a boat and looks like the plan is to be build this winter. The boat decision has become fairly easy, but still have to do some close looking at the brand and take a ride. However the nauseating part I never thought of is choosing electronics. As the title states I am at Simrad and Garmin, yes there are 500 threads about these two brands, and I have read them. So I have come down to two setups, that are fairly equal financially.
1. 2 Simrad GO9's one with total scan and one with something like a TM150.
1 Simrad RS35 or ICOM506 so that I can have DSC and Ais receiving
1 Simrad GS25
This set up would be the ideal setup if I really cared about networking, which isn't too huge of deal for me. It would give me the ability to run radar down the road, however I am planning on a half tower so not sure how the radar would function on the back of the top. I may also do a GO7 instead of one of the 9's. All i read is SIMRAD has much better avail charts, however there sonar not quite as good as Garmin and that there Customer Service is quite lacking which is a big deal to me.

2. 2 Garmin Echo Map 94/93sv chirp, Transducers would be the 51&52.
ICOM 506
Garmin SmartCast
So money wise probably a little a less, but it's a good setup none the less and two units give me back up so thats great. The area I will fish will be Lower Chesapeake Bay, and Oregon Inlet to Hatteras Inlet Near shore with mostly Pamlico sound. The plan is looking like a Sea Ox 21. Any help, feedback, warnings would be greatly appreciated!!

For your usage I would suggest the Go9XSE. Customer service, with us as your dealer there is no issue there!
