Default Correct transducer for NSS evo2?

I use a Simrad NSS 7 evo2 with a HDI skimmer 83/200 455/800 model #000-10976-001 . I have been unable to use downscan although I have read that I should be able to do that with this transducer. Chirp, echo at 83/200, temperature, depth functionalities all work fine. Do I need another transducer for downscan?

I'm not an expert, but I have read somewhere where you can not run chirp and structurescan at the same time.

Thanks for your input. I am simply interested in being able to use downscan and structure scan.
I don't need multiple functionalities running concurrently. Sorry if my original post suggested that.

Default transducers

I have a TM 150 for echo and chirp and an LSS 2 for structure scan. Simrad now has a Totalscan transducer which does both.

I have the same ducer and evo 2. Only downscan will work, the sidescan will not. When u pull up structure scan on screen, go to menu, then choose just DOWN. It is prob set to left and right. I've been impressed with this little HD ducer, it does really good for what it is.
