Default Batteries not charging.

Yamaha 2006. F250

With engine off, house battery 11.5. And starting is around 12.4.

When engine running both are only 12.5

Replace rectifier?

could be the batteries. try charging them without the engine and see if they lose voltage quickly. i have a 2015 deep cycle that's doing the same thing. it's in my garage and it's dumping as soon as I disconnect the charger. gone!

Could just be a bad/dirty/loose/corroded connection somewhere along the line or the battery switch. You need to do some hunting with a meter.....

Are the batteries' negative posts daisy-chained together, then one of those also cabled to clean and tight engine ground?
