Default Fusion to NMEA 2000 to Seatalk NG

I am going to be adding a Fusion RA70N and remote to my Seatalk NG setup by creating a NMEA 2000 back bone. Through my research on here it seems as though nmea2000 is not necessarily "standard" when it comes to different manufactures connections. To avoid any possible headaches, which nmea2000 brand of connectors works with the Fusion nmea2000 products?

Also it is my understanding the only way to add a nmea2000 backbone to Seatalk NG is to create my own Seatalk NG to nmea2000 backbone cable. If this is true, which field connector do I need of the nmea2000 end of the backbone cable?

You can just leave the ng backbone and make an ng to n2k drop cable. In fact you can buy them.

N2k connections are standard.
