Default Shore Power Question

I am having an aluminum 34 pilothouse sportfisher custom built. This is my first boat with 'real' shore power.

What should I be looking for re "preventing electrical leaks etc." as I will be seeing my builder next week and I would like to be prepared to ask the right questions and know what to look for. MANY THANKS in advance!

Default Shore Power Question

You should have a galvanic isolator, and a light indicating if there is reversed polarity.
