Default Transferring Waypoints to Garmin?

Just completed my upgrade from a Raymarine C120 classic to a Garmin 7612xsv. I've archived all my waypoints using the now-antiquated PC Waypoint utility and have them in an Excel file. Is there any Garmin utility program where I can cut/paste and reformat, save to SD, then upload into the Garmin?

You can try using Homeport. It's free: https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/64242

The Garmin will read ADM or GPX files natively. If you can convert them to one of those formats it will be easy. You might try running your files through GPS babel or a similar program.

Just did all my numbers from an old C80 to 8212. I was also able to pull the numbers from a Navionics Fish 'n Chips maps with this. As long as they're Navionics it works like a charm.

Thanks for the responses. All roads seem to lead to the parsefsh command. I didn't realize the .FSH format was proprietary and yes, what an epic fail by Raymarine.
