Default Rewire switch panel input please

My one complaint about my 2016 boat is the back of the panel looks like a rats nest of wires, for a new boat I wish it was presented better.

This is what those wire look like after today.

Would the recommendation be to terminate these to a terminal and from there to the switch panel? I assume I'm going to do a bus bar for the negative. I want a first rate job and I want to be able to troubleshoot if needed.

This is the panel now. The second photo is an option I may do as well?

Size: 330.7 KBThose wires go to the switch then the switch should get power from a fuse block. Something like this. The red wires were to my switches. The blue seas fuse block has the negative block built it. Keeps everything nice and neat.

I am one to always find ways to make my boat better. I have never owned a new one or anything that is newer than 15 years old. My point is, should one really be changing around wiring on a 2016 boat. The reason for this is warranty. The builder or dealer might have a problem if they find the owner has made changes to the boats wiring.
I am not a boat dealer and have never had to worry about this. I just only bring it up because i would hate for someone to Boyd their warranty without knowing it
