Default HDS Gen3 and Simrad AP

Hope someone has experience controlling the Simrad DrivePilot with HDS Gen3.
Read many posts saying "I think yes", "maybe", "yes but not full function", etc.
I need to have full rout following capability through an HDS Gen3.
The boat is a 28' CC with twin Verados.

Simrad DrivePilot is exactly the same as Lowrance Pilot -1, except it comes with RC42, so it will integrate fully with HDS Gen3.

HDS Gen3 will have full pilot control and functions with the Simrad Drive Pilot.
