Default shallow water transducer

Would like suggestions for shallow water transducer. Majority of time will be spent in 25' or less. Looking for grouper bottom. Will be used with Simrad NSS evo2 with Structure Scan. Prefer thru hull.

Lose the LSS2 and get Total Scan.

I use B75H with LSS2 in shallow water, 20' - 60' most of the time. Excellent combination. I couldn't be happier with it. The beam width of the H is narrow, 9°, but I like seeing "straight" down. You'll need another box like SonarHub to run them both at once on a split screen with the NSS. That's what I do.

Will I be able to use structurescan and B75H simultaneously? Can I run B75H on single frequency? Would like to run it at 200

Yes you can run both at the same time but you'll need a SonarHub, about $599. The evo2 can do one or the other, but not at once on a split screen.
As far as the frequency you can custom choose any freq from 130-210 or CHIRP. I use 200 most of the time myself. Maybe I haven't mastered the chirp settings yet, but I get a better picture with 200 in my depths.
