Default Aqualights Buford, Ga.

I just wanted to post about this company and their product/customer service...have never done before but so bad hope I help someone. I purchased 2 AL9L surface mount lights for $600+ total. First of all they don't mention it requires an external driver but it is included so I thought no big deal. Well after a $400 quick haul to install lights for upcoming tuna fishing tournament the port driver was only putting out about half the voltage and light was half the brightness of the starboard light. I called Steve and he said he could send me new driver but I had to pay freight...priceless. Received driver after tournament and installed...it was completely different from the other driver they sent in original order for other light. I installed after having to call Steve to ask how to wire up as there were no wiring diagrams and again completely different from other driver for exact same light on other side. OK, have both lights working...well about a week later with less than 2 hours on lights (although touts 30,000hrs) the other light is dead. I checked voltage on driver and it is good just the light is dead. Called Steve and he promised to send replacement light...4 weeks later and guess what...no light. Please don't ever give this company any business. Everything I have said here is the truth.

Don't know the company but it's sucks when something that takes that much work and expense fails. After doing a lot of light intstalls we just use lumitec now. No failures. No complaints. Typically customers just want more lights around boat because they are cool.
