Default Mounting panels insets or prefabs

My dash is flat and I am tall which results in my having to bend down to have a good picture on my electronics.

What I would like to do is cut out a hole in my console face and then inset a prefab panel that will add a degree or cant to the electronics at the same time as recessing them into the console so that I can add a clear cover over top.

Can anyone point me to a source for such panels?

Should add that the inset box should have an outer trim lip or casing so that I can screw and caulk inside hole covering cut lines.

Size approximately 4" deep at bottom 5.5 deep at top 22" wide by 7 tall ish..

International marine can make custom panels for you. You need something wedged up.
