.gpx file

Default .gpx file

So i am trying to figure out how to download the file to sd card and then to my simrad go 7...
I am not at all familiar with this process so excuse my slowness on the subject..but step by step would be very appreciated...
To add to this i thought i doewnloaded it before and installed the sd card into the simrad and nothing happened...idk...

Where did you get the gpx file from?

I have a new Go7 and am trying to figure out everything I can do with it too.

Look under artificial reefs..and if i am thinking right the .gpx file is the only one for simrad..but def. Could be wrong...

Looks like gpx is a standard file. My boat is on the other side of the city right now but I'll definitely give this a try. Looks like you can view the files in Google Earth too.

Download the gpx file from the website, copy that gpx file to and SD card, put the SD card in your Simrad and you should see the file when you open the file menu on you Simrad. To double check before you remove the SD card from your computer open Windows Explorer, click on the SD card and you should see the file name.
