Default Time on nss evo2

My time is 1 hour behind on my nss evo2 machines, I recall the last time I set it up it automatically put in the time itself , I'm in New York and my friend said our time is listed under don't hold me to it but I think GMD or GDM or something like that, your help would be appreciated of why im an hour ahead
