Default Garmin engine monitor question

I just bought a 5208 and all I have is the power cable and transducer . Does any one know exactly what I need ( components) to see my Verados engine readout on the screen. I know its the Nema 2000 stuff, but what do I need ? Also what do I need on the verado side so the Garmin can read the engine info .

Any help is great ??

Thanks

The easiest and cheapest solution will be a merc gateway. You will need a backbone starter kit. Pretty easy. Gateway plugs into that and then into junction box. The starter kit has everything you need.
You can also do a merc Eco gauge with gateway. More money and the multi engine one is more mula. It's cool but like a sc1000 gauge.
Andy on veradoclub parts sells them with a discount to tht members.
