Default Garmin Echomap 94sv - Sonar option disappeared yesterday

Has anyone had this happen? Unit is only 9 months old and worked fine last weekend. Depth finder quit working and SONAR option isn't even available to choose from home screen anymore. Even went under boat to make sure transducer was clean. Going to call Garmin tomorrow but was curious if anyone on here has had same issue.
Happy Memorial Day and thx.

May be the transducer plug not plugged in all the way. If I remember correctly if the unit don't sense a ducer plugged in, it won't give the sonar page.
Make sure the black clip is on the Y cable. There was also some bad Y cables causing problems as well. If you do a search on here you can find some other threads on that.

Second check the plugs. I use the quick disconnect bail and sometimes the sonar connector does not seat fully, no sonar options. Turn it off, wiggle the plug in firmly, all is well.

Thanks fellas - ended up being a loose connection. After sitting on hold with Garmin for 20 minutes, I looked on here and sure enough found the answer. Thx again.
