Default Connecting Raymarine C70 to a Cetrek autopilot

I have just bought a 1990 Luhrs Tournament 400 that has a Raymarine C70 and an old Cetrek autopilot for which I cannot locate any manuals. The label on the head unit says it is model #930707. Does anyone know if this is NMEA 0183 compatible and if so how do I make the connection? Is it through the distribution box or somewhere else? Please keep it simple as I am as dumb as a post about NMEA 0183

My current boat came with c120 and cetrek AP and I hooked them up with nmea 0183 and it worked fine. Both for AP Nav and radar overlay. Been awhile, so I would have to get double check, but in the black box there should be an area for connecting wires for nmea.

Thanks Salmonbum. I'll take the cover off the distribution box and see what's in there
