Default Airman transducer cut wire

I have a 1992 Topaz and someone cut the plugs off the transducer, is there someway to test the transducer to see if it's any good? And can you add a new end or plug to make it work??
Thanks,
Capt Jerry

Airmar transducers will have a white tag within a few feet of the transducer. What are the numbers on that tag? Once its determined what transducer you have we can determine what if any sounder it will work with.

That's the cable not the transducer. Can you post a picture of the transducer?

Hard to say with so many options available, my 85 Topaz has a http://furunousa.com/products/Produc...Speed+%26+Temp but it never had a Navnet and yours looks different inside the boat.
