It sure does. It looks angry.
Three things jump out at me about that subwoofer.
First, a 4-inch voice coil.
Second, the spider is huge, and just as large as the speaker cone. In an IB subwoofer, the spider is the main control/damping mechanism. And you need a big one to have long, controlled excursion.
Third, that speaker shares nothing with any other speaker. All made in the USA with all proprietary parts that are specific to that model only.
