Default Should I get NSS 12

I am looking at getting 2 NSS 12 with auto pilot , new 3d structure scan and the best trandusers I can. The boat I have is a (Explorer 250 Aquasports) 8m mono hull glass boat that I trailer.
I want the best sounder for the fishing I do Sallow water reef fishing from 25m to 100m, trolling for bill fish and some deep water fishing up to 500m.
im not sure if I should get a furuno sounder and a simrad ploter to get the best sounder or if the simrad will be as good furuno and keep the same units so they can talk to each other. I am set on using the simrad for the ploter as I have had a play and they seam fast and easy to use with some cool features. Any advise would be good as the more I research the harder it is to make up my mine.
Thanks

You will want the NSS12 Evo 2. You could upgrade the sounder to the GSD26 and have even greater performance. The LSS2 will be great for the reef fishing. The best for the trolling would be the B175HW. with the Evo 2 being a single band you might want to look at the B175M it will have a wider cone angle than the regualr high and be better at the 500m depths

I think Brian may have meant BSM3 instead of GSD26 here.

I'm very happy with my NSS12 Evo2, the software released in July sorted out the few bugs it had and since it has performed flawlessly. In my opinion it has the fastest and most intuitive user interface.

I recommend a x265LH (x = B, TM) or B175H-W + B175L transducer.

Based on my latest experiences with BSM-2 (same as BSM-3 except colour and connectors) you need minimum a FCV-295 to get a Furuno sounder matching BSM-2/3 performance and then you would still not have CHIRP.

It's possible to connect the High channel directly to one NSS and the Low to the other, but for 500m you would like the more powerful two channel BSM-3 sounder module.

Thank for the information and it sound like the simrad will do just as good job as the furuno. I just need to look into the transducers.
Thanks
