Default CMD VesselView

Dear all,
I'm an engineer on a boat in the med. We have problems with the backlight of our CMD VesselView. So far nobody was able to help us. No new device available no repairs.
Now I went through the pcb and found that the high voltage inverter has a few burned
pieces. One of them is a capacitor with no value marking. Maybe some one can give me a hint on what value it might have. It's labelled C347. Right on top of the transformer. The other broken piece is a ZETEX T1049 which has a permanent connection between collector and emitter. This one I can get easily.

Every help appreciated.

Best regards

Martin

Even if you source the inverter, you'll need to reverse engineer that circuit to figure out what caused the failure, otherwise, it's bound to happen again. We do this kind of thing with MAN MMDS displays, but would be happy to look at yours if you want to send it in
