Default Kudos to Raymarine

In 2014 I sent my DSM300 back as it would work intermittently on my E120 classics. Known RM problem for several years. Raymarine responded by sending me a new
CP300 which was appreciated.
Using the CP300 deep dropping in 800-1200ft it did not perform as well as the older DSM300 when it worked. Called RM and they said send it back we will bench check it. Boxed it up and back it went. Received a new CP370 that hopefully fixed the problem with the sounder. They have certainly made every effort to correct the problem and their service level has greatly improved since FLIR acquired them. Great job.
Haven't had time to check out everything in deep water but this coming week I should.

Raymarine has excellent customer service. Very user-friendly website with a helpful Technical forum.

completely different company since FLIR acquired them. The old Raymarine denied the problem existed. FLIR came in and stepped up to the plate. Replaced mine as well.

I had a few questions about my CP570 sounder.I called them the tech that I talked to was not familiar with*the chirp sounders.He said I will get a call soon.Later that day I missed two calls from them.On the3 call I picked up and talked to Winston..Head of sonar support..He answered all my questions and gave me a few suggestions.Top shelf people.Top shelf products.Capt.Mike
