Default Is airmar 265LH enough and suitable for my case ?

I look always for bottom or close to bottom fishes .
my depth is 2 situations : 120/300 ft OR 750/1200 ft what is the main characteristic of my fishing area
i want purchase an airmar 265LH and i don't like to make the wrong choice
i hope the members of THT help me about 2 questions
1) do the high frequency of 275LH wide beam can perform good with bottom or close to bottom trajets or the 265 can do that better ?
2) in the low frequency(42-65) can i detect trajets close to bottom or fish schools near to bottom in depth 750/1200 ft or i can only read depth and bottom ? is the low frequency transducer of airmar 265 can really detect fish in that depth?
i know garmin had made a promotional screen shoots of deep trajets but these screen shouts was made with 3 kw chirp transducer and here i speak about 1 kw chirp transducer.
thank you for help.
