Default Simrad AC42 Wiring Help/ New Install

The RPU160 wires are blue and brown. Does it matter which way they go into AC42 Drive slots ? See picture below. my guess is it does not matter, but install manual does not specify.

No, it doesn't matter how it's connected. The correct polarity of the motor drive signals will be decided during the commissioning.

According to normal standards for color coding of wires blue should be negative and brown positive. (the warmest color should represent the most positive signal)

Thanks for your help. 4 hours in the boat today, 19 degrees, and i am frozen. Back at it again tomorrow. Probably do the hydraulic lines next weekend.
