Default lss2 mounting question

I have my engine mounted on a floatation bracked from hermco ( coosa and glass) . now, can I mount the transducer flush to the bottom of the bracket ? And can it be painted with antifouling. Thanks

Depends if you want to use it at speed.

If that bracket bottom runs in nice water up to speeds you want to use LSS2 then go for it. I had an LSS2 that worked at speed and found I didn't get any valuable information after say 15mph or so.
