Default Splicing NMEA200 w/ Maretron

I need to run a NMEA200 cable to my new antenna puck but need to cut the cable to snake it through my top.

I bought a Maretron connector ^^

Question is how do I rewire everything so that it keeps the same wiring pattern?

Thanks guys

I've used this https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/shop...prod11644.html

I assume you're asking about which wires go where when you go to install the connector? All I did when I cut the end off, I left about an inch on the plug I cut off and stripped the jacket back to expose the individual wires with their colored jackets still on, noted the pattern in a clockwise direction starting from the notch inside the connector and just repeated the pattern on the new plug. I hope that answered your question. I think one time the Garmin connector (which I was using on a Lowrance syatem) came with a small sheet that showed the pattern but I know the 1st time I did it I was on my own and it worked perfectly. Good Luck!

It is all color coded inside the plug. Just match up ther wire color to the terminal color. If you screw it up you should turn in all your tools to the goodwill.
