Default Yamaha Command Link Multifunction Meter.

2007 F-250s.
Command link manual says I could have trolling speed mode as an option. Engine service manual teased me and said I do.
I pushed the buttons to the point of trying to will the option to be available to me. Did not work.
So my questions are. Is there something on the engine to look for to see if it has the option? And of course, can this be added to my engines, if I do not currently have the option? If so what parts would I be looking for?
Thank you.

I am going to take back what I said. Apparently mechanical F250's do not have variable trolling speed capability. The F250B model does.

Makes sense now that I think about it.

What gauges do you have?
Command link?
Or
Multifunction?
You cannot have both.

I copied and pasted the title from the owners manual. So now I am not sure.
I have two tachs, a speed, and a fuel meter. Square gauges.
The tachs is what the manual says has the trolling speed option. Tachs also have the temp, oil pressure, battery voltage readings.

Yes sir, those are the instructions I have been following.
That is a feature that would be extremely helpful for me. So I am hoping to figure this out.

Smaller motors and f350 only. I was excited as well (f300) until I figured out I don't have it

If I do not have the option, I was hoping to add it. Otherwise I will go after market.
