Airmar Transducer 175HW

Does anyone have any idea when a stainless steel version will be available - a SS175HW?

To date no one I have spoken to is aware of any plans to expand the B175C-HW into a stainless version.

They would sell a ton of them. When I think tin boat I think PNW. and that would be a perfect place to use one.

Well let's hope Airmar read this and produce a stainless steel version of 175C-HW ;)

A lot of guys are not waiting. They are welding tabs on the transom that can hold a non conductive bracket for the transducer.

Many examples in this forum. I think it is worth the effort if you have access and ability to do it too.

Those with NSS Evo2 or SonarHub can also use the High Wide part of TM275LH-W.

This is an option I am looking at - the problem is finding a location to mount that will have undisturbed water flow. The most convenient position is directly behind one or other of the thru-hull 175LH pair.
