Default Time for electronics upgrade? Some advice needed on older electronics.

I just bought a boat with some old 2001 electronics. Northstar 951x GPS, Si-Tex CVS 106 Mark 2 Fishfinder, and Raytheon Pathfinder SL 70 radar? Any thoughts if this stuff is still worth keeping?
The issue is with the Northstar 951x GPS. The navionics chart chip, if available, is more money than the GPS is worth.
Is the Raytheon Pathfinder SL70 and Si-Tex CVS 106 fishfinder worth keeping and get a new GPS for a few hundred?
Or trash the whole lot and buy a multi use system?
Any models with radar, sounder, gps on a budget?
Thanks for the advice.
