Default Panel material

I am thinking of upgrading my electronics on my Grady White 282 Sailfish. I will have to replace the material the the current units are flush mounted to. What sources have members used to to this job?

We do custom panels is all colors sized and shapes of Acrylic. We cut them on out in house laser. Here is one we did yesterday. Mic holder is not mounted yet but you get the idea.
