Default Furuno Navnet TZT9/14 backward compatible with VX2 components?

I have a 2007 Whaler Conquest 235 I bought a few years ago that has a Furuno Navnet VX2 14" display with GPS, radar, and DFF1 fishfinder/sounder. I'm intrigued by the new touch screen Navnet. Does anyone know if older VX2 peripheral components like the furuno rsb-0071 radar dome are compatible with tzt9/14 touchscreen systems or would I have to buy new components if I were to upgrade to the newer system?

Semperfi:

Thanks for the feedback. That's what I was afraid of. I was hoping that I could just buy and install the TZT9 and plug it into all of my existing peripherals, but if I have to buy a new GPS receiver, radar dome, and compass in addition to the touchscreen that would, I think, roughly double the cost, if not more. While I might be willing to spend a few grand to make my existing system more user friendly, the cost benefit ratio of doing so at what I would guess would be close to 10 grand just doesn't seem to work for me.
