Question Charging setup

Looking for some input on the ideal setup for charging batteries on my upcoming Layton Bay build. I'll be running a 36V Minn Kota Ipilot. The 3 TM batteries will go in the seat under the seat in front of the console. Flatout suggested a Stealth 1 charger similar to the setup Yellowfin uses and it makes sense. That leaves me with the remaining two batteries to setup which is the cranking and house battery for the electronics so I'll need a secondary charger setup.

Any thoughts for input on the best possible configuration ?

Happy to help out here.

What is the make/model of the starter and house batteries?
I am assuming this is about keeping the starter topped off and the house to get a full charge?
I have options for $60-75 that should work here.

For the trolling, a decent 3 bank 36v charger would work. Shoot for at least 20 amps (Total) for a good overnight charge on group 23,27,31 batteries. The stealth is a good choice there.
