Default Yamaha f200 gauges

Just boat a boat with the new 4 cyl 200. It came with the round analog gauges. Can anybody tell me how hard (and expensive) it is to switch to square digital gauges? Thanks

I imagine the round gauge you are talking about is the digital multifunction gauge.
The analog gauge has a needle.
In either case, the "square" gauges you are talking about are Command Link.
This is a two (2) gauge package.
6X6WE83S2000 SGL DEC O/B 2SQRGAUGE CMDLK KT Retails for $752, you would also need a main buss harness approx $130 and two (2) main buss pigtails approx $47. There is also a small inline adapter in there.
I would also get the speed/water pressure kit.
Install is approx two hours, with no hole cutting.

Page 10-6 will give you a birds eye view of what is required. This assumes that you have the mechanically controlled I4 F200.
