Default Sony Head Unit Died, Replace or go Sonic Hub?

I have a sony head unit that is dead, I also have two new NSS12s. Shall I replace the head unit (with what?) or go Sonic Hub?

Here is a pic of my install,

I'm kind of torn - I have NSS + SonicHub - but the problem is that you need to have your GPS's running to reliably control the SonicHub. It CAN interface with an external remote control - but that does not work very well. Zones are handled slightly different and power on/power off does not work very well from the remote control from a cold start.
