Default 2007 31' Contender battery / switch help

I'm have a hard time figuring out the electrical battery switch configuration...I have 3 on / off switches and would like to have some idea at how they wired this up from the factory, also whats the best way to run the switches all on "ALL" or "2" , "1"...etc

yesterday after slow trolling all day the Garmin kept turning off and i was reading low voltage
11.6 on the gauge ...I'm sure I'm doing something wrong...just want to ask...any help would be appreciated

3 Engines or 2 Engines? How many batteries? $200,000 boat and no manual? Stupid question, but are you sure there are wires hooked to the back of all three? I had a buddies cape horn that had three battery switches, and no a single wire going to any of them. How old are batteries? Do you have a trickle charger on batteries when not using boat? What type of batts? If they are water filled, are they full? I would figure that out before I went back out in that boat.

Contenders wired from the factory are designed to be run on battery 1, all of them.
