Default Suzuki Gauges: NEMA 2000 & Analog, Can it be done?

Im just planning out some options for future, nothing in hand right now, but I am leaning towards Suzuki's for repowering, from what I hear 2004+ motors are consistent, more interchangeable parts etc.

But Ive also heard or read alot of back and forth on the ability to run both NEMA 2000 -----AND----- Analog gauges.

Ie, have traditonal RPM guages on the dash (say 4" to replace previous Yamaha holes) But Id like to have NEMA info running to my Garmin 4210 unit for engine info, add in a fuel tank sender, fuel burn info etc all on the Garmin screen.

Some say it cant be done, you either have to have NEMA 2000 or analog gauges (due to only one connector on motor harness).

Does anyone know if you can have both and how?

Thanks,
BW
