Default Recommedations and Installer Needed Pompano Beach

I am upgrading the electronics on my new to me Pursuit 2870 and need a recommendation for a quality mobile installer. I need someone who can remove the old stuff, fabricate a new dash panel, and install a new chartplotter, vhf, and transducer.

My plan is to Remove the VHF, 2 Furuno's and the Garmin unit. I can then relocate the Simrad auto pilot, temp and new VHF to the bottom of the dash.
Leaving the stereo and Yamaha Gauges in place, I will have 10.5" x 20" space to put in a new chartplotter.

I'm still going back and forth between the Garmin 7212 and the Simrad NSS12. My budget with everything is around $7000, so I think the radar will have to be put on hold for the time being. Eventually I'd like to get an open array, but its not a priority right now.

Any advice or recommendations are appreciated

Thanks
