Default Raymarine customer support

Anybody know a way to contact them? The 603.881.5200 autopilot support extension (4 then 2) had me on hold for 30 minutes 3 different times and then gave a voicemail. Left my # and no call back! Amazing. I think my 6 month old S1000 pump is dead. thanks

Why do you need tech support?
Apply 12 volts to the pump to test it. If it doesn't run, send it in for repair. You don't need an RMA number, warranty repair instruction is available on their web site.
You can also test voltage output on the course computer. If you have no voltage when setting a course port or starboard, then the course computer is bad and needs repairs.
