Default JBL Supwoofer

Found the JBL MPS1000 which is self contained and that works for me. Already have the JL Audio amp tied up on the 4 main speakers (JL 7.7's) and they sound great, but want to add a little depth to the sound.

Since this would be mounted close to the batteries, pretty much the only wiring would running the RCA from the console to the back of the boat.

Anyone used this? Good, bad, recommendations.

Kind of don't want to go and get another amp, run new wiring, etc. not to mention the cost would be a lot more.

I was looking at one of those a week ago. If its the one I'm thinking, it's a power sub box so would would still need power/ground leads. The sub was rated at 100-150 watts but it doesn't say what the internal amp is rated for......I bet it's only about 50-75RMS and therefore a waste of money.
