Default Garmin GHP-10 Autopilot

Looking at the garmin ghp-10 autopilot. I slow troll in Michigan for walleye, and get down to 1.3 mph. Looking for users of this system to see how it tracks at this slow of speeds. thanks in advance

I just upgraded to that unit from a TR-1 Gladiator and haven't put the boat in since the change.

However, that's the company that Garmin bought for what's now their GHP-10. I used it frequently for slow trolling and it worked very well. Good luck with the fishing.

Works perfect for me. I have trolling valves on my tranny's and get down to about 2.5 knots and it holds perfectly.

The Garmin pilot does a GREAT job at low speeds that walleye fishermen need. We've installed quite a few in the past 18 months - mostly on outboards but a few on inboard boats. What is your boat / motor and steering system. This info is needed for anyone to give you good advice for autopilots.
