Default Raymarine Autopilot problem

I have a 6002 autopilot. I am getting an overcurrent fault on the display. The pump engages when I turn it on but goes to fault after about 30 seconds. I do not get any indication of rudder movement there are no leaks. Anyone else had this problem. Thanks

Steve

Try hooking the display up with a seatalk cable to straight 12VDC, red +, shield -

If you're not getting the overcurrent error, I would pin it on the course computer/corepack. I actually have an S1G smartpilot computer for sale e12122. If you find out it is the corepack, feel free to shoot me a pm if you need a replacement.

Disconnect the drive from the AP Brain and then test system. If error does not occur then most likely the drive will need to be replaced.
