Default Interfacing Furuno GP1920 Chartplotter to Icom M304 VHF

I am trying to connect a Navnet2 GP1920 Chartplotter to an Icom M304 VHF radio. I've connect the radio to Data2 port using a Furuno MJ-A6SPF0003-050C cable with the following wiring

Furuno -> Icom
White -> Yellow (RD+)
Black -> Green (RD-)

Data2 port is set to

Output format = NMEA0183 ver 2.0
Baud rate = 4800bps
XTE format = X.XX
Output dest = No

I've set the NMEA sentence RMC to on

The radio reports NO POSITION

What else do I need to do to output NMEA sentences from the GP1920 to the Icom radio?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Default

Never mind - problem solved. I did not crimp the 3m Scotchlok connector quite enough. Once I crimpted it slightly more I get the lat/lon on the Icom radio,.
