Default RayMarine C-80 8.4" screen

Good Afternoon

Can anyone tell me if I can upgrade the MFD screen on a boat with a RayMarine C-80 to a larger (newer) RayMarine MFD say 12"? The boat comes with Radar, GPS and sounder and all I'm looking for is a larger viewing screen. Can that happen within the same RayMarine family of equipment or if I upgrade does all of it have to change. The boat has a DSM 300.

Thanks for ny help.

I'd look for a C120 or E120. Either new or lightly used.

Yes, you can go from C80 to C120 plug and play (and a little bit of dash cutting or a new bracket). If you go to an e-series, you will have some extra luxuries, but you will be spending more money and you will need different cables for the DSM300 & GPS antenna. Make sure you're getting a C120 and not a C120W

I think your only option to use your same radar is to go with a C120 or E series.
