first question is how do you intend to use the boat? Next is budget?

If your budget permits, consider the Simrad NSS...a little premium to be paid but it has touch screen and a quicker processor than HDS. When the stuff hits the fan, touch is a much faster way to get things back on track. HDS is a great unit (I have the HDS-10 on the Sea Hunt V225) but I really would prefer the touch screen.

Default Garmin rig

I have the same boat and went with all Garmin stuff. 5212 plotter, GSD 22 sounder,18HD radar. I love the touch screen and with the size of the display, can split the screen and see everything I need to at once.
