Default HDS-7 7inch screen with 83/200HZ transducer

I am upgrading my Lowrance LMS 520-C to a Lowrance HDS-7 7inch GPS chartplotter with 83/200 HZ transom mount.
Can I use the existing cables on my boat for this upgrade.

Yes, you can use your existing cabling. If you plan to continue using the LGC-3000 gps antenna or have anything else connected to NMEA 2000 you will need a power insertion cable into the NMEA 2000 network.

Older Lowrance powered NMEA 2000 from the head unit, new Lowrance use a power insertion cable which is the standard NMEA 2000 way of doing this.
