Default What to use for speaker wire?

What do you guys use for speaker wire? I will be running 4 x 7" coaxials ( http://alpine-usa.com/product/view/spr-m700/ ) from a 4 x 60 watt amp http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/sto...52921665186649 )

Was thinking of using this: 18/2 marine duplex http://shop.genuinedealz.com/Items/I...Red%20100%20FT

16/2 or 12/2 depending on speaker or sub. Depends on the amp and the largest wire possible it can handle.

I had 12/2 laying around so that's what I used for everything.

On my amp it was something like 20 volts a/c max I think. Not sure what his is.

The voltage at the speakers depends on the volume (sound) level at any given instant and the impedance of the speakers. It's not a concern with any wire you're likely to use.

I would recommend "duplex" cable which is two conductors in a sheath. For normal people and self contained stereos, #16 is fine. For longer runs or higher powered stereos with external amplifiers, #14 or even #12 is recommended.
